All watches need to be serviced on a regular basis to ensure perfect time keeping and to avoid any damged.

What is involved in a service:

The watch movement is firstly completely stripped down. All components are disassembled and cleaned of their old lubricating oils in an ultrasonic cleaner. Each part is then inspected thoroughly for any worn or damged parts, which are repaired or replaced. ( if the movement is quartz, then the electrical circuit is checked and replaced if nesessary). The movement is then built back up, re-lubricated with the correct oils and regulated to be as accurate as possible.
