Return Policies

Returns Procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

1. Royal Mail

Please include the sales receipt, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Please also include a contact number so we can confirm we have received your item.

2. In Person

You can also return your item in person to the shop.
Please ensure you bring all the relevant information with you.

Refund Policy

We hope you will be please with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase and wish to return anything from Phillip Duval Jewellers, we will be happy to refund or exchange an item providing it is in fully resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within a reasonable timeĀ (usually 28 days) and in original undamaged packaging.

If the item returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

We will refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when an item is faulty or damaged resulting from the manufactures workmanship.

No refund of postage will be given if you simply do not like the item or no longer require it.

Refunds on discounted items will be given on the price you paid for the item.
